This position is responsible for providing a comprehensive HR partnership for the Global Precision Planting business. This individual will provide leadership for all functional HR activities, work closely with business leadership by providing HR expertise, acting as a strategic partner on all key HR initiatives, employee relations and employee/leadership development activities.
